    No one requests mayo.
    I asked for NO mayo.
    Then the woman looks confused.
    Then another employee says "add mayo."
    And I say, "No, I don't not want mayo, remove mayo please"
    She shook her head which I interpreted that as her understanding the request.
    Opened my burger and of course there was mayo.
    No one ever requests mayo.
