  If charm of a small diner, good food and service is what you're looking for, then this is your stop. The wait on a Sunday might seem daunting, but I guarantee that it'll move fast. How do they do it? They're the epitome of efficiency. You better know what you want when you sit down, because you'll be asked at least 3 times in 10 minutes. Your food will be delivered before you have time to take a Google pic of the menu! Before you're halfway in, you better know your pie selection (goes without saying that you don't visit Bluebonnet without having a piece of pie) - you're going to get the diner waitress "look" if you aren't ready! It's all part of the charm. Don't get me wrong - you'll get lots of smiles and howdies and "thank you", too. Bring cash because no one carries a checkbook, and they don't do credit - check the prices - they're low because they don't have to pay the card fees - pick your poison...higher food bill or bring cash - I'll take the latter! They're very "diner" - no high tech frills here - pay your ticket (and, yes, it really is a ticket!) at the register! High praise for this town town fave - don't miss it!
